El Picón is a 50-square-meter house with views of the Bay of Santander and the mountains. Pets are only allowed with prior authorization, so we recommend contacting us before arrival to confirm if pets are accepted. Outside, you can enjoy a covered porch with a dining area, barbecue, and a spacious garden surrounding the property. The house accommodates 4 guests, expandable to 6, with 2 double bedrooms featuring queen beds, a double sofa bed, and a full bathroom. The bathroom includes a heated towel rail, hairdryer, hair straightener, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, and a set of towels for each guest. The living-dining room has a table for 6, Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also have heating, a washing machine, and a drying rack at your disposal. The outdoor area offers an ideal space to relax and enjoy nature in a peaceful and comfortable setting.
